I Program Components Overview

The Cancer Genome Atlas Pilot Project establishes an integrated network of clinical sites, core resources, and specialized genome characterization and genome sequencing centers that work together to form a system that selects genes and regions in order to drive high-throughput cancer genome sequencing.
